Claims

This is why you take out insurance so please remember we represent you and not the insurance company(ies). Please contact us and discuss your Claims matters as soon as practical in the event that property has been damaged or people are injured. We will work with you to ensure your claim is settled as efficiently as possible.

In the event of an accident, we strongly recommend you do not admit fault. We recommend you take the following steps where practical:

  1. Note the time and date when the accident or property damage occurred
  2. Take a photo of the damage
  3. Secure the area to avoid potential injury or further loss or damage eg. contact O'Brien's
  4. If injury is sustained or your property burgled, vandalised or simply lost, contact the local police station & note the report number.
